  1. Does anyone else keep having problems with their currency randomly changing on jcrew.com? As I'm shopping around the currency keeps changing to Canada, the Phillipines (!!) and a few other countries...I'm in the USA. It's so annoying and I have no idea why it's happening.

    1. It happened to me once where my location was set to Canada and when I went to checkout the shipping free shipping wouldn't kick in even though my purchase was >$150. While I was on the phone with CS, I finally noticed the flag.

    2. Yep, keeps happening to me recently. Usually it goes to Canada (I'm in the states), but once it went to Kuwait. !? weird and annoying

    6. This happens to me ALL THE TIME. I thought my stupid phone had a virus or it's God's way to tell me to stop shopping at J Crew.

    7. I'm so sorry to hear that so many are having this issue!!! Though I'm glad I'm not alone...I contacted the Crew about it...I couldn't even load my shopping cart because it gets stuck in a redirect loop and it kept changing prices to Euros, British pounds, and so on. Not fun at all.

  2. On topic, I got the Factory Neon Stone Jewel Necklace in Navy yesterday. IRL pic here.

  3. On topic, no matter what the percent off is, the price on the items I ordered last week remains the same.

On a brighter note, at least I don"t have to call for a price adjustment, and part of the order shipped yesterday.
